Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

Present: Bonnie Bolster, Marion Huxtable, Sue Ammeter, Pat Teal, Julie Duke, Lynn Gressley

Acceptance of Minutes

The minutes of the November meeting were approved.

Public Access

Marion will assess disability parking at the Courthouse for the voter access meeting. We want to get more parking there.

The Board discussed the possibility of providing monetary support to kptz, the new radio station. The consensus of the Board was that we would invite the manager of the station to a meeting to assess how DASH might fit into their programming and then determine if support is warranted.

Treasury/Fundraising

Current fund balance $2,282.78.

Other Business

The 2010 Disability Day Event will be held on April.21. We want to publicize problematic intersections in advance of the Event through a series of photos and a possible story in the Leader or PDN. Marion will identify and photograph areas for consideration.

Outside Committee Work

No outside issues were brought up.

The meeting was adjourned at 1:45 pm.
